… is a line from HBO’s “Girls” TV show.
Hipsters are officially a global and marketable thing! 2 Broke Girls (CBS) and more recently HBO’s Girls have made tv shows about on a budget, cool, ditsy girls that live in Brooklyn (Greenpoint/Williamsburg).
Both shows portrait a group of girls going about making it and figuring themselves out while dealing with douche bag crushes and shitty day jobs.
In 2 Broke girls, you see the two main characters hoping on the L train and sharing a tiny apartment together. In Girls, you see the main character, played by Lena Dunham (writer of the show and best known for the movie Tiny furniture), tweet something “deep” after she meets with her ex to tell him he may have given her an STD.
Needless to say i love both shows…!
