You pronounce his name KWELI
Back in high school my girl and I were kind of obsessed with the album “Train of Thought” – a collaboration between the amazing rapper/beatmaster duo Talib Kweli and Hi-Tek.
Talib’s lyrics were impeccable and his flow stood out …his tracks told stories, witty rhymes, and intelligent views; in my opinion one of the best hip hop albums overall.
It’s been 10 years since ‘Eternal Reflection’ came out with an album and I’m happy to see them back. “Revolutions per Minute” isn’t as great as their first but Mr. Kweli definitely impresses once again…
His wordplay and narratives are why I have so much love for his talent. No doubt one of the best MCs out there..
