Working 12-hours a day, with only one day off a week has me thinking..

One of the most impressive features of being a career woman is how aware you become of time allocation.  Striking a balance where it is still possible to achieve a variety of goals in a variety of realms – social, romantic, creative – becomes a hard task.

And though a learned multitasking ability, with the help of some neat devices, allow me to have a conversation, finish some work, listen to the new Keane cd and google the history of Antigua, all at the same time, I feel I want to do more..

The truth is I’m suddenly  overcome with a sense of nostalgia for the leisurely pre-career days where I could daydream and spoil my curiosity without  having to accomplish 10 tasks at once..
