It’s so crazy when someone who is really close to your heart is having a baby. Your heart is with them from the moment you know that they are pregnant, through the happy and the heavy times that come with that pregnancy when that baby is still just a thought and a name, to the moment of it’s birth and beyond. It feels so surreal, when you actually hear and see it for the first time. Suddenly everything you’ve talked about so much becomes breathing realty. And then, when you watch this baby taking it’s first steps, still on your friends hand, but already quite secure, you just stand there unable to move because it feels as if your heart would flood your body with all that love and proudness that it has inside and you are drowning on the inside.
So listen up! My boy Chima just had a baby, its an Album and he called it ‘Stille’ . This is it’s first step/single ‘Morgen’ and it’s been playing on my radio for months now, such a bad tune. I wish all of you could understand the lyrics.

And you know what really is the best thing? I mean you were gonna love that baby anyway, because it is your friends, no matter if it’s a pain in the ass or the sweetest thing you’ve ever seen, but the most amazing thing is when you send that little newness out into the world and everyone is loving it just like you do.
