13th Street goes Interactive

NBC’s TV Channel ‘13th Street’ have created an installation with help of Berliner agency Jung von Matt, to advertise their concept on interactive film. The first interactive horror movie ‘Last Call’ was shown, where the audience is able to “control” the actions of the protagonists.

By sending in their mobile numbers at the beginning of the film, and with help of language recognition softwares, the viewer could give the actors instructions like “go downstairs”, “be careful” or “look behind”! This leads to different story-line outcomes each time, making it a unique experience for every chosen viewer, being responsible for the actors fate of life or death! Scary stuff!
