We have officially fallen in love with the upcoming Fall/Winter 2010 collection of beloved Opening Ceremony! Casual individual pieces, serving the perfect portion of diversity within styles, materials and cuts, making each one singularly special. Layering flower dresses over woolen pants, playing with crops and lengths and juggling with print mixes has been successfully accomplished by OC, surely not being an easy task. Although when you think about it, some of the outfits would not be the most usual way to wear them- the whole book looks perfectly styled. We love the shoes, the Aztec influence, 70’s input and in general the “good girl gone bad” feel. We really hope our boys from SOTO Store, did a small ladies shopping too- we’re patient!

H&M will be hosting a super selected party both in Hamburg and Berlin at the end of May to launch their upcoming Fashion Against Aids collection, hitting stores on May 20th. Supporting the announced “Festival” theme, they’ll welcome us with booze, drinks, fashion and good music in both cities!

Hamburg’s due date will be May 19th, with a live performance of Hamburg-based DAS BO feat. Die Hängergäng (DJ Plazebo & Flo Motion), starting at 8PM. If you wanna head down to StrandPauli and enjoy the pre-shopping night, try your best and be quick to be written on the g-list by sending an email until May 10th, to: faa-hh@hm.com!

And the addiction continues! Italian model Bianca Balti is the face (and body) of the current Summer 2010 Collection of lingerie brand Intimissimi. The setting and photography is far from being our style or taste and what she wears is partly agreeable on, but probably she would make anything look fabulous. Laying around books and old furniture, she’s tangled up in lace, silk, flower prints and cool basics. Despite the points given for the lookbook itself, we don’t need great poses or high creative input to enjoy her- its the natural Bianca winning on all costs. eVeLuV’s!

Her original and distinctive flair is surely something refreshing, taking us into her world of experiments between materials, cuts & style. Her current Spring/Summer 2010 collection features an immense line of lace, jerseys and throughout sexy looks while presenting edgy jumpsuits, studs, tunics, cut-outs and so on. In any case, Shakuhachi is definitely not a no-name within the industry, being currently sold at ASOS, Revolve Clothing and shops throughout the world. Zum 4 Jährigen von Original Fake, haben die beiden Brands eine Reihe an T-Shirts gemacht, mit immer dem gleichen Motiv, KAWS Maskottchen und BAPE’s Milo. Bianca Balti is our today’s eVe. The beautiful Italian model is part of IMG Models and lives together with her husband, the Italian photographer Christian Lucidi and her 3 year old daughter Matilda, in New York. The list of designers she has walked for is endless, to name a few we could mention no others than McQueen, Givenchy, John Galliano and Karl Lagerfeld. After campaigns for Dior, D&G and Valentino, she is now to be seen in the new SS10 issue of Muse Magazine. The beautiful editorial “Overnight” by Fabio Rainieri underlines her sensual elegance and the pure beauty she carries. Bianca has also been shot by the Italian director Matteo Bonifazio for a mysterious presentation of the current Nº21 collection of Allesandro Dell’Aqua. Even if it is still fairly hard to find cool stuff on the official Fair Trade market, we are surely big supporters. We just stumbled upon the New York based shoe brand Osborn. They personally work together with their 21 full-time employed artisans in Guatemala City, looking after the high quality of the handcrafted goods, and solely using locally sourced materials. The collections are inspired in human relationships and the vibrancy of life, and are truly setting out a cool fashionable statement. Often we find fair trade fashion to be boring and dull- this time its surely not the case! Artisan and South American looks in vibrant colours and prints blended with commercial yet indie styles. From geometrical to florals, plaids and tweed´s- eVeLuV’s!
