David LaChapelle in ‘The Rape of Africa’.

Swedish photographer Lina Scheynius has opened her first UK solo exhibition at the Viktor Wynd Gallery in London. The Paris based talent is mostly inspired by Sweden at night, her sisters cat, movements, discussing with her boyfriend and falling in love, when she captures her own life and what surrounds her. Showing her friends, loves and anyone who can pretend that the camera isn’t there she, Lina shows a romantic vision of her world as if it was to be a personal diary. Having worked for AnOther Magazine, Elle and Dazed and Confused she focuses on both lighting and composition when using her 35mm cameras to reach for stunning results. Her photographs are simply amazing and since the exhibition will go till April 25th, if you are in London you should check it out!

Our friends from Jezebel are having their London Loft Party tomorrow at LOFT NW10. After just doing the same at Le Baron in Paris, we can definetly say: Jezebel is back! The fashion, music and art collective, mainly led by Jade Jagger, started out with parties at Pacha, Ibiza, every Friday in the summer season hosting DJ’s like DRW, Jaguar Skills and Mark Ronson and concerts from Lily Allen and Estelle. By now their fashion line is sold in some of the best shops around the world, and soon also online, always close to Jade’s jewellery line. How about some good old Jezebel in Berlin guys?
