The French street artist Miss Van, who is based in Barcelona, has already been in our news last week, due to her new collection with Anaona. She now presented one of her favoruite pieces, for the 5 year Anniversary of the Jonathan Levine Gallery. “She Wolf”, will have a limited edition print of 30 copies, which you can buy here, next to the new revived realease of her classic “Poupee” painting. Be quick!

Papergirl has come up with very cool idea: Randomly delivering art! Cruising through Berlin with an army of honking bicycles, they give out their art on the streets. Rolled up in an American newspaper way, like we know from the movies, locals can enjoy their unique pieces of illustrations and designs.

Papergirl is releasing their 5th edition soon, and you may be part of it! Deadline is May 19th. Inform yourself here!

German music label Gomma, which have released the albums of WhoMadeWho, Munk, Headman and the Phenomenal Handclap Band among many others, have a sweet hobby: every now and then release a shirt. After colab’s with upcoming artists like SmalPaze, The Rammellzee and Colette, they now have had the chance to work with Perks from PAM- Perks and Mini.

He started out with a collection of illustrations for Gomma’s postermagazine AMORE, and followed with an exhibition at Berlin’s POOL Gallery. AMORE was of course sold out, what next? They decided to “Let’s do a shirt!”, which you can buy here now!

But the Gomma-World doesn’t end here! Sunglasses, a Munk EP and the new album of LeLe (Parra) will be released on the 30th of April!

DER Künstler, von dem alle sprechen. Die Times Online hat es geschafft ein Interview mit dem scheuen Mann zu machen und durfte ihn sogar bei seiner Arbeit filmen. Banksy erzählt im Interview, warum öffentliche Plätze immer noch seine lieblings Arbeitsstätten sind und beschreibt seine kritische Meinung zur Überwachung der eigenen Heimat.

Die Optik des Videos, dass die Times Online live filmen durfte, ist im Stil einer Überwachungskamera- Aufnahme, passend zum Thema und Inhalt des Bildes, welches er im Beitrag malt. Anonymität ,ein weiterer Schlüssel zum Erfolg?

Sneaker, natürlich…Kassetten, ihre Sammlung an Chanel Nagellacken, eine Boombox, kleinen Figuren, Sendungsbelege der Schuhe die sie bestellte, bis hin zu gemalten Bildern, alten Filmrollen und natürlich Fotografien.

Sie hat beide Aufbautage stundenlang an diesem Gesamtkunstwerk gebastelt, wie eVe findet, extrem erfolgreich!

Sneaker, of course… from Cassettes, her Chanel nailpolish collection, a boombox, toys, post receipts from all the shoes she has ever received to painted illustrations, old film rolls and of course pictures she has shot.

She spent both set-up days working for hours on this masterpiece doing an amazing job!
